Regarding: SDP2021.60 -Take 5 Pantops Comment Response
Dear Mr. James,
Thank you for your review of the Final Site Plan for Pantops. We have revised our plans per most recent comments
dated August 13'h, 2021. Please see below for a detailed response to each of your comments.
1. The plan submittal does not address DEQ water quantity & quality compliance based upon what
was provided, so I'm unable to determine if site meets regulations.
DEQ water quantity & quality was provided on May 31 2019.
2. Land disturbance appears to be over I0,000sf, therefore a grading permit will need to be
obtained. Please submit a VSMP or VESCP application for review or provide WPO# and permit
coverage information.
E&SC measures should be shown for disturbances over 10,000sf.
VSMP is now submitted & E&SC measures are showing.
3. C2 —Show the managed slopL Steep slope is showing — See sheet C2
4. C3/4 —
a. Define `ws-ws' utility line Utility line has been exhibited -See sheet C3
b. Please use 1' contour intei grade changes since this is a
relatively small flat site. V contour intervals have been used
c. Fix grading: It's not clear .;cd upon the grading & spot shots a
Grading plan has been revised, please see sheet C4
adjacent to this parcel. 18-32.5.2 d.

6. Show any platted or proposed access easements. 18-32.5.2 i.

7. Extend curb bump out to align with 18' parking space.
