The reserve area shown on Lot 26 does not include a proper site evaluation. I do see mention of this area on a previous septic repair permit but there are no soil borings/design info on file and the area is noted as a "potential SDS Replacement" in the event of septic failure. That said, the reserve area for lot 26 will require some additional work and a site/soil evaluation needs to be included with the subdivision proposal. Let me know if you have questions. I do see mention of this area on a previous septic repair permit but there are no soil borings/design info on file and the area is noted as a "potential SIDS Replacement" in the event of septic failure.
