Add a note: "VDOT will only maintain within the drainage easements to the extent necessary to protect the roadway." Please provide a digital copy in PDF format of the revised plan along with a comment response letter. If further information is desired, please contact Doug McAvoy Jr. at (540) 718-6113. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
