Reinspections as a result of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $283 fee for the first reinspection and $383 for each subsequent reinspection for VESCP and VSMP permits (§ 17-207 and § 17-208). Failure to take effective corrective measures will result in a Stop Work Order upon reinspection. A 4% technology fee is due with each payment.
