While we recommend it be added to the parcel,we can still allow it on the abutting parcel. An easement must be in place and recorded to allow the dumpster to be located off-site. I recently received your 3rd round of comments concerning SDP2017-70 HTC Hotel, and we are working to resolve all issues you and others have noted for resubmittal. One outstanding issue that I would like to discuss is the adjoining parcel improvements on the south west corner. The attached easement agreement and exhibit looks to satisfy comment#15,by providing all the improvements, easements, and maintenance issues required for the improvements. If you agree that the provided attachments have the necessary legal documents for off-site improvements we would love to include it in our next submittal. If there is anything you believe we have missed we will work to get you correct documentation.
