The dumpster may remain "orphaned" because the language in Section 4 doesn't require it on-site, as it does for loading
spaces.
While we recommend it be added to the parcel,we can still allow it on the abutting parcel. An easement must be in
place and recorded to allow the dumpster to be located off-site.

Have you had a chance yet to research the question on the dumpster being on an adjoining lot,which has no primary
use yet,for SDP2017-70 HTC Hotel final site plan.
That was an outstanding thing we needed zoning's input on when the comments went out on 8/3/18.

Hi Paty,
Hope you are doing well.
I recently received your 3rd round of comments concerning SDP2017-70 HTC Hotel, and we are working to
resolve all issues you and others have noted for resubmittal.
One outstanding issue that I would like to discuss is the adjoining parcel improvements on the south west
corner. The attached easement agreement and exhibit looks to satisfy comment#15,by providing all the
improvements, easements, and maintenance issues required for the improvements.
If you agree that the provided attachments have the necessary legal documents for off-site improvements we
would love to include it in our next submittal. If there is anything you believe we have missed we will work to
get you correct documentation.

To Whom This May Concern,
On behalf of Hollymead Corner, LLC, owner of Hollymead Town Center Parcel#03200-00-00-04106,
permission is hereby granted to the adjacent lot owner, HTC Hotel, LLC, to enter on to our property,to
make the following improvements and we grant the following easements:
Waterline and waterline easement
-Sanitary line, manhole, and sewer easement
-ACSA Blanket Easement (for where the waterline and sanitary line are close in proximity)
-Sidewalk
-Dumpster and dumpster pad
-Parking light fixture
Allee elm(1)
-Sycamore(1)
-Prague Viburnum (7)
In addition, HTC Hotel, LLC, is hereby granted access to our lot for the construction,use,and
maintenance of four(4) parking spaces. Said parking spaces may be used (in addition to our own use) by
any future hotel guests, employees and others using the HTC Hotel, LLC lot at Hollymead Town Center.
