As noted elsewhere,VSMP approval is required prior to FSP approval. VSMP/WPO is in process,and reviewer is in contact with Applicant re.VSMP/WPO plan status. No further WPO plan revisions are required,but nutrient credit purchase,tree conservation plan, SWM Maintenance Agreement,and Easements are required,and are for the moment outstanding. It is reviewer's belief that Applicant is working with Ana Kilmer,Albemarle County CDD/Management Analyst,on nutrient credit purchase requirements. Ana is the proper point of contact. New comment: 6. Revision dates: Please ensure all site plan sheets include revision dates,per standard design practice,beginning with first revision through most recent,to identify revisions occurring on any plan sheet.
