This is the third and final Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. The proposed changes to the site include a new trash compactor pad and loading dock behind the proposed 20,000 SF storefront space that is currently unoccupied. Vehicular Circulation has been verified to be satisfactory and the new concrete slab conforms with County requirements. No other changes are proposed as a part of this work.
