Car Wash Tunnel, added exit light to new location of exit door.
A104 — North and West Exterior Elevations, Removed overhead doors from west elevation.
A105 — South and East Exterior Elevations, moved overhead door inside building on south elevation.
Elongated windows to finished floor, removed original emergency egress door, and added new
emergency egress door.
A110 — Door and Window Schedule — updated window and door elevations.
Updated door schedule.
A112 — Vacuum Plan View and Elevation — created new sheet showing the addition of vacuum house.
Added new layout for dumpster enclosure.
S3 —Added foundation and wall to support relocation of overhead door.
S5 — Modified wall section 3 for change to windows.
Added wall section 7 for relocated overhead door.
S6 — Added block lintel 'Type D".

Albemarle County Architectural Review Board
1. Transom window added to door. Door unable to move due to interior wall
locations. As discussed with Margaret Maliszewski, this is acceptable, at current
location. Exterior wall finish are to wraparound full exterior walls under overhang
of tunnel.
2. LOR has accounted for all landscaping changes on landscaping plan and in plant
schedule.
Albemarle County Fire -Rescue — No Exceptions.
Sheets updated per plan corrections:
Civil sheets —1, 2, 3, & 12.
Architectural sheets —A105
Mechanical sheets — M101, M201(HVAC RTU changed to mini -split system, exhaust fan added
to vac room)
