Please make those 2 revisions I mentioned below and then the plat is ready for approval. 1. Remove the subdivision application number just below the Albemarle County signature line on Sheet 1. 2. [14-302(B)(1)] Please add the scale bar to Sheet 2. Please submit two (2) hard copies of the Plat to the Community Development Department for final submittal and approval. Once signed by the Agent for the Board of Sueprvisors one copy will be kept for our records and one copy will be returned to you. If you require additional copies please make copies of the signed Plat we return to you. Additional copies will not be signed. Please make sure to print the Plats to scale, have all applicable parties sign them, and have it notarized. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions! I don't think there are engineering concerns, but I figured I'd send it over to yall just in case. This BLA is a plat associated with the Lochlyn Hills project. This BLA will be reflected on the Final Plat, Final Site Plan, and Road Plans once approved. Also, let me know if you all think anyone else needs to review this. I'm thinking Planning/Engineering should cover it. The BLA is pretty small in scale. The documents are attached here and at the link below.
