Subject: SUB202200071 Quayle Investments Two Lot Division of Revised Lot 7B
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
Please be advised that subdivision application SLJB202200068 will need to be approved and recorded prior
to the approval of this two -lot division application. Once that plat has been approved and recorded, please
update all applicable notes and labels on the plat accordingly.
2. [14-308.1] A Tier H Groundwater Assessment has been initiated for this application. Results of the
assessment will be forwarded to the applicant once it is completed.
3. [14-309 & 14-310] Soil evaluations & Health director approval of septic systems. Please provide the soils
evaluations for the proposed lots for Health Department review. Health Director approval is required prior
to final plat approval.
4. [14-302(A)(9)] Engineering Staff has requested that critical slopes are shown on the plat to verify the
building site requirement. See comment below.
5. [14-412(A)(1)] Please provide information to the satisfaction of the county engineer that the private street
will meet the private street requirements. See Engineering comments below.
6. [14-302(B)(10)] Please include the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed
in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
