I wanted to follow up on our conversation yesterday. I am attaching a copy of the Final Plat to be signed by all
parties and the County. Melody at Commonwealth is going to be dropping off the additional copies(usually we have

clients sign at least three)today. As you will see from the document,there are two lines where the signatures can be
notarized. As such,the Gibsons will need to come in together to sign and you and your husband will need to come in
together to sign. This can be done at separate times and even on separate days,so please have the Gibsons reach
out to me directly to schedule and you and your husband can also schedule directly with me. While the parties are
here, I will also have you sign the finalized BLA(attached for review). I have dated the document for November 15th,
with the hopes we can get this signed on Friday. Otherwise, I can amend the date in the document, it will just need
to be dated prior to your signatures.

Hi there,good news/bad news...OK got a call today to pick up the plat for signatures and notary the county has
approved the BLA. (good news)
When I went to pick them up at Steve's office I was handed the attached invoice charging me$2000 for his services!
(bad news) We were told that we were not being charged when this all started. Please advise on how to proceed,
We just want this nightmare to be over and behind us! We are in this mess due to the incorrect initial survey he
provided.
I also did receive the title settlement yesterday and dropped of your check this morning at the front desk. My
husband is going out of town on business this Sun-Thurs we can pick up deed and sign our parts before he leaves
and give the neighbors it to sign/notarize after.

I received the proposed proposed boundary line adjustment between TM# 114-57A3
and TM#114-57A4. As proposed, BLA will result in a 0.08 acre gain by TM# 114-57A4
from TM# 114-57A3.This difference in property size, in addition to the proximity of the
existing well on TM#114-57A4,does not impact the ability to install a replacement
drainfield. I also reviewed the geology and topographic features on both lots and
believe that both lots have adequate area available for installation of a replacement
drainfield in the future. Let me know if you have any questions.

I spoke with Cristina Prince yesterday about a proposed boundary line adjustment between TM#114-57A3 and 114-
57A4. Mrs. Prince explained that the neighbor's (Gibson @ 2350 Secretarys Road) well and a portion of the septic
system is located on the Prince's property. I understand that the BLA is to locate the well on the Gibson's property and
an easement will be obtained for the septic system.
I searched through our records but was unable to locate any permits for the existing well and septic system at 2350
Secretary's Road. Without that original permit we are unable to determine whether the septic system is adequately
sized.

In response to your question about comment#9 in the comment memo for SUB2018-00140, the Prince BLA
plat:
As this boundary line adjustment plat involves parcels that are under five (5) acres in size, approval of the
Health Department is needed before the plat can be approved by the County. As you mentioned that there are
already drain fields on the properties from the existing or previous structures, it is likely that full soil reports
are not needed. However, the Planning division will still need to be provided with verification from the Health
Department that the existing drain fields/on-site sewage systems are adequate to serve the sewage needs of
the subject properties.
