Hope your day finds you well.
Please find attached the attached Boundary Line Adjustment Plat for Lots 33 through 37, Old Trail
Village Block 22 revised to reflect comments noted below. Responses are shown in RED.
1. [General Comment] Provide the TMP number and ownership information for the parcel adjacent to
Lot 33 on the east(likely Lot 32).
Added "Adjoining Parcel" box at top of Sheet 2 and noted to be referenced above in the body of the
drawing.
2. [14-302(A)4; 14-303(E)] Provide the deed book and page numbers for the private streets that provide
frontage for these lots.
Added Plat reference at each occurrence.
3. [14-302(B)5] In Note#2 on the cover sheet, revise the zoning information to state that these lots also
are subject to ZMA2015-00001.
Continued Note #2 to read "AND ZMA2015-00001 "
4. [14-303(D)] There is a discrepancy in the revised acreage for Lot 36 between what is shown in the
label for the lot on the survey and what is stated for the lot in the Area Summary table. Please revise.
Corrected Table for Lot 36 (Revised) acreage to be (0.103 AC.).
As per your request the attached as noted above is for your final review. Feeling quite confident that
comments have been addressed adequately, I will go ahead and send record copies to Sam Craig for
owner signatures followed by Kirk's signatures and will wait for your go to bring to the County for
signatures.

Remarks: Please review this BLA plat for compliance with state and County code and regulations.
The applicant appears to be shifting the property lines slightly to match up with the attached units
that have been built at the site. Please ensure that these shifts do not affect previous approvals by
Engineering or ACSA or cause unforeseen problems regarding utility service or stormwater and
drainage issues.
The fmal site plan for Block 22 is SDP2017-00057.
