The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
Please be advised that this subdivision application will need to be approved and recorded prior to the
approval of applications SUB202200069, SUB202200070, and SUB202200071.
2. [14-308.1] A Tier II Groundwater Assessment has been initiated for this application. Results of the
assessment will be forwarded to the applicant once it is completed.
3. [14-309 and 14-310] Soils Reports for this property have been sent to the Virginia Department of Health
for review. Additional information may be needed prior to VDH approval.
4. [14-302(A)(9)] Engineering Staff has requested that critical slopes are shown on the plat to verify the
building site requirement. See comment below. Comment addressed.

The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Roger W. Ray & Assoc., Inc.,
dated March 17, 2022, and find it to be generally acceptable.

A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
