GENERAL NOTES
The land regulations listed/described herein are imposed pursuant to
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance in effect this date, and are not
restrictive covenants running with the land and their appearance on this
plat is not intended to impose them as such.

2. These parcels are not in a flood plain.
3. These parcels are not in a Water Supply Protection Area.
4. The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance
with the Water Protection Ordinance
5. These parcels are Zoned RA, C-1, PD-MC.
6. The minimum building setback for RA districts per Albemarle County
Subdivision Ordinance is: 75' from existing public roads, 25' from
internal public or private roads, 25' side, 35' rear.
7. Maximum allowable structure height is 35'.
8. Only one dwelling unit per parcel.
