Andy,
Attached is a copy of the sub plat with second signature line added which hopefully satisfies Albemarle County. Please
let me know if I need to send this in hardcopy form for another review or if I can wait until I get final approval from
Fluvanna county, I think that in its current form we are going to be approved Fluvanna. What I am trying to accomplish is
having both counties fully satisfied so that we don't have two different versions of this plat in differing counties and the
owners can sign a single version and record the same in both counties.

Good afternoon Mr. Powell,
After reviewing the second submittal of SUB2018-00175,the Pennwood Farm BLA on the Albemarle-Fluvanna line,the
plat is nearly ready for recordation.
Apologies for missing it the first time, but a second signature line is needed under the owners' approval for the
Albemarle property —one for each of the trustees listed,Alan Dillard and Daphne Dillard.All other comments appear to
have been addressed satisfactorily.
Other than that one minor revision,the plat looks good to go.Once that revision is made, please submit at least three
copies of the plat to CDD for final approval by the Agent.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks for the comments.Attached you will find the revised subdivision plat(SUB2018-00175).
COMMENT#1-on the cover sheet I tried to use as closely as I could the exact wording used in 14-302(A)10.,for the 7th
and 8th note under the "ALBEMARLE COUNTY NOTES" heading.
COMMENT#2— on the cover sheet I have added a note that states that this property is along a designated Scenic
Byway,5th note under the"ALBEMARLE COUNTY NOTES" heading.
COMMENT#3—on the cover sheet I have added a note that states that this property is not within a water-supply
watershed, 3rd note under the "ALBEMARLE COUNTY NOTES" heading.
The only other change to the plat is a revision date of today Nov. 19, 2018 which was added to all three sheets.
Please let me know if these pdf copies are adequate for review, if not I will send hard copies if needed.
