IN THE EVENT THE "OPEN SHOP" STATUS OF THE PROJECT IS CHALLENGED THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE SUCH STEPS AS NECESSARY TO PREVENT LABOR ACTIONS AND/OR WORK STOPPAGES FROM OCCURRING.
