Please also be reminded that the approved plat must now be taken to the Albemarle County courthouse to be recorded with the Clerk of the Circuit Court. In addition, after review of the revised plat that was submitted for this application,along with the approval from the Health Department, it appears that all comments have now been addressed satisfactorily. This project requires Health Department approval before receiving final County approval,as the parcels involved in the boundary line adjustment are less than five acres in size.
