Please be advised that the final copies of the plat for SUB2018-00184,Walker Boundary Line Adjustment, have been
approved and signed by the Agent of the Board of Supervisors. One copy of the plat has been retained for the
Community Development Department's files;the other four copies have been placed at the front desk of CDD for you to
pick up at your convenience.
Please also be reminded that the approved plat must now be taken to the Albemarle County courthouse to be recorded
with the Clerk of the Circuit Court. If you have any questions about that process, please call the Clerk's office at 434-972-
4083.

Good afternoon Mr. Linke,
Please find attached a letter of approval from the Health Department for SUB2018-00184,the Walker boundary line
adjustment plat.
In addition, after review of the revised plat that was submitted for this application,along with the approval from the
Health Department, it appears that all comments have now been addressed satisfactorily.
As such, please submit at least three(3)copies of the revised plat,signed by the property owners and notarized by a
notary public,for final approval and signature by the Agent of the Board of Supervisors.

RE: SUB201800184 Walker Boundary Line Adjustment
Dear Mr. Kirtley:
The County of Albemarle has received an application for a Boundary Line Adjustment plat involving Tax Map Parcel
89-88 and Tax Map Parcel 89-89A. This project requires Health Department approval before receiving final County
approval,as the parcels involved in the boundary line adjustment are less than five acres in size.
The applicant has provided the following for Health Department review:
• One(1)Boundary Line Adjustment plat(Sheets 1 and 2)(dated 10/5/2018); and
• Two(2)copies of the OSE/PE Report for Subdivision Approval(dated 12/18/2018).
Please review the proposal for suitable subsurface drainfields which comply with the provisions of Chapter 18,
Sections 4.2.2,4.2.3,4.2.4, and Chapter 14, Sections 14-309, 14-310,and 14-416 of the Albemarle County Code.
Your review comments on the subdivision plat(and corresponding soils report)are requested by email and/or in
County View by January 11,2019. Should you have any questions,requests for assistance,or topics of discussion,
