Good morning Nick,
I have reviewed the revisions to SUB2018-00194, Indian Springs BLA for the Skillman property.All requested changes
appear to have been addressed satisfactorily. However, please include, in the bottom right corner of the plat,the date
of revision of the plat.
Once that small change has been made,please have the plat signed by the property owners and notarized,and then
submit at least three copies of the signed ¬arized plat to CDD for final approval by the Agent of the Board of
Supervisors. Once the plat has been signed by the Agent,CDD will return the plat to you for recordation at the
courthouse.

Good afternoon Brian and Kris,
I had previously sent the below email and attached subdivision application review letter to David Jordan,as he was the
surveyor who had prepared the subject plat. However, I received the email that he is no longer with Roudabush,Gale,
and Associates,so figured I would forward the comment letter to you all,as I do not know who has taken over this
project from David.
The project is case number SUB2018-00194,the Indian Springs boundary line adjustment plat,for property owned by
Richard and Sarah Skillman on Indian Ridge Dr.

Please find attached a comment letter for the 1st review of SUB2018-00194,the Indian Springs BLA application.
Since there are no major revisions needed (mainly just changes to the notes), and I am the only reviewer who will need
to see the revised plat, it would be fine for you to just email me a pdf of the revised plat, rather than submitting hard
copies of it.

Remarks: Please review the attached boundary line adjustment plat for compliance with County
code. The applicant is only proposing to vacate a property line and combine two parcels into one.
I don't think there should be any issues for Engineering, but since there is a public drainage easement
crossing the properties, I thought Engineering should take a look at the plat just in case.
