However, please include, in the bottom right corner of the plat,the date of revision of the plat. Once that small change has been made,please have the plat signed by the property owners and notarized,and then submit at least three copies of the signed &notarized plat to CDD for final approval by the Agent of the Board of Supervisors. However, I received the email that he is no longer with Roudabush,Gale, and Associates,so figured I would forward the comment letter to you all,as I do not know who has taken over this project from David. The applicant is only proposing to vacate a property line and combine two parcels into one. I don't think there should be any issues for Engineering, but since there is a public drainage easement crossing the properties, I thought Engineering should take a look at the plat just in case.
