Hi Margaret,
Thank you for making this process so straightforward!
Attached is the revised CSP criteria table with our requested revisions. Also attached are the original
application and receipt. I believe we're all squared up on fees, as I selected a full ARB review initially,
but let me know if I'm incorrect.
The LL is going to send me a signed copy of the sign drawings shortly. I will forward those along as soon
as I receive them. I will also give the center a heads up about the awning colors. Do you have
documentation that I could pass along on what was approved vs. what they have now?
Thanks!

Beth,
Here's what's needed to propose an amendment to the approved Comprehensive Sign Plan:
1. Submit the CSP criteria table (Attached) with your proposed revisions.
2. Pay the additional $12.48 since this will need to be reviewed by the ARB.
3. Provide documentation that the property owner has consented to the proposal.
4. Note that the awning colors currently on the building are not consistent with previous
approvals. I realize you are not responsible for the awnings, but you might want to give your
shopping center contact a heads -up. We'll have to bring it up in the review/at the ARB meeting.
Let me know if you have other questions.
Thanks.
Margaret

Hi Margaret,
I'm sorry about that! Attached is a corrected rendering with the proper dimensions.
The client would like to push for black day/night letters. They really like the look of the DSW sign that
across the center from them. I did inform then that the CSP for their portion of the center does not
currently allow black letters, but they would like to request a revision to the CSP. Their LL has approved
the sign and the change. Let me know what the next steps are.
Have a great weekend!
Thanks,

Beth,
I reviewed the Reines & Rogers sign proposal and I have two comments:
1. The lines associated with the 25.8" and 16.5" dimensions for the "Jewelers" letters don't align
with the letters. Are they the accurate measurements?
2. The C5P calls for white letter faces and doesn't distinguish between day and night.
Let me know if you have questions. Thanks.
Margaret
