Hi Scott, we have reviewed the additional information sent.
Your parking requirements will be satisfied provided you include this information on the next update
of the site plan:
• Label the areas of on -street parking as you have shown with your exhibit with a count of the
spaces along each street
• Include the parking spaces info on the cover page: required, provided, 22 deficit and the 31
spaces provided on -street.
That information will provide what is needed to approve the parking. This will technically satisfy the
parking requirement without defining it as a parking reduction. Also, the on -street parking does not
have to be designated as exclusive for the apartments.
If you have any questions, please give me a call. Thanks,

Ben, Bart, Francis, Rebecca -
Thank you again for meeting with me a couple of weeks ago on the North pointe Apartment parking
waiver request. There has been some changes to the plan as we have been developing the final site
plan. Overall, the total apartments in the complex is being reduced from 294 units to 279 units.
Obviously, this has a direct correlation with the parking waiver. I have updated the parking waiver
request based on the 279 units. In addition, we have created an exhibit on the available on -street
parking adjacent to the Apartment site. The available on -street parking meets the required parking
for the apartment complex, however, we are still requesting a 5% parking reduction (down from
10%) so that this parking will truly be overflow parking only. We have updated the request with this
information as well. Attached is the updated wavier request and exhibit.
Thank you.

Ben -
Attached is the dwelling unit tracking chart for the North pointe project, as requested. This chart
includes the current subdivision plats for the 107 residential units currently under review for
approval, the 184 TH units within the Northwest portion of the property, and this apartment site.
This chart will be included on the final site plan, as requested.
Also, attached is the parking reduction waiver request for the 10% parking reduction.
If the initial site plan and preliminary plat can be approved with conditions, based on the submission
of these 2 documents, we would like to move forward with approval of these application with
conditions, if possible. However, if additional time or information is needed for the review and
approval of the initial site plan and preliminary plat, then please allow this email to serve as our
formal request for a six month deferral on the 60 day time limit for the initial site plan and
preliminary plat while these 2 documents are reviewed for acceptance for the project. Our intent is
move forward with the project as soon as the preliminary plat and initial site plan can be approved
with the conditions noted in the December 22nd letter.
Thank you.
