DRAINAGE AREA SUMMARY
5TORMWATER MANAGEMENT NOTE5
I. All fills are to be constructed within q5% of maximum dry density and 296 of optimum
moisture content. All fill material to be approved by a goetecFinical englneer. A geotechnical
engineer Is to be present during construction and prior -to placement of the 5WM systems.
2. Contractor shall refer to and construct the SWM systems according to manufacturers recommended
installation procedures.
3. Filtering Is required of the stormwater runoff prior to entrance Into the 5WM s tems. This filtering shall
be provided with an in -line filter structure. This will be submitted and approved -by the contractor
for owner acceptance.
4. Maintenance of the 5WM systems shall adhere to the manufacturers guidelines.
5. The full design of the rainwater ha^vesting system for system #1 (including the first flush diverter,
pump, float valve, pressure tank, etc.j is not designed as part of this plan.
6. Pipe and riser joints are to be watertight within stormwater management facilities.
7. For temporary sediment traps or basins which are to be converted to permanent stormwater
management facilities; conversion is not to take place until the site is stabilized, and
permission has been obtained from tho County erosion control Inspector.
