Hi Justin,
Yes, it was more of an advisory comment of an issue that will be looked at and reviewed during the review stages of the
various Pantops Corner plans. As there are a lot of moving parts with the projects going on in this area, and as it appears
that that small piece of land I referenced in the comment will no longer be owned by Pantops Corner LC, I just wanted to
raise the issue. It would not, however, affect recordation of this plat at this time.
If there are no further concerns at this time from you or the property owner,then it looks like all other comments have
been addressed satisfactorily except for adding the most recent deed book and page numbers for the BLA of 78-5C and
5F, which Gwen had mentioned in her response email to me (I believe she was waiting for an earlier plat to be
recorded). Once those deed references are added to this plat, it appears that it will be ready for final approval.

are aware a new easement plat will be required to accompany the siteplans.

Remarks: Please review the attached boundary line adjustment plat for compliance with state and
County code, and any other ACSA or VDOT regulations. This BLA plat also includes two proposed
easements - sanitary sewer and temporary construction.
This plat is a boundary line adjustment for some of the parcels that are a part of the Pantops Corner
development. The final site plan for this project (SDP2018-00089) is still under review.
ACSA- Please be aware of the proposed new sanitary sewer easement shown on the plat.
If there are any questions or concerns about this plat, or how it relates to the overall Pantops Corner
