To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to request a determination of "De minimis" for the property at 546 Belluno Lane,
Charlottesville, VA 22901 (also known as Hyland Park 21 Ph II). As stated in the survey, the right and left
siding overhangs encroach on the 5' set back by 0.1 and 0.2 of a foot, respectively. Please see attached
