El Health Department Approval. Each mobile food vendor shall provide a copy of a valid Mobile
Food Establishment Permit issued by the Virginia Department of Health. No zoning clearance will
be issued without prior approval from the health department

L1 Owner's Permission. Operation of a mobile vending unit on private property for any length of time
requires permission from the property owner

LJ Verification of Site Plan Compliance. Mobile food vendors may operate by right in any
commercial zoning district Operation at a single location for more than two hours at a time is
subject to compliance with a site plan Mobile food units must be no closer than 30 feet from any
,(public right-of-way and 50 feet from any residential or Rural Areas zoning district.
E Commissary Facility. State regulations require that food sold from a mobile unit must be
prepared and stored either onboard the unit or in a health department permitted commissary
facility. Food may not be prepared or stored in a home kitchen.
1 Parking. Each vending site shall provide a minimum of two parking spaces.
16 Business License. Mobile food vendors who operate in Albemarle County are required to obtain
a business license.

Your request to dispose of grey water produced in the mobile kitchen you will be operating has
been approved. There will be no charge for disposal.
You may dispose of the approved waste at the Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource
Recovery Facility located at 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902 between the
hours of 7:00 am and 5:30 pm on non -holiday weekdays. When arriving at the facility, please
call the operator at (434) 906-0760 to be directed to the disposal location. You will be
responsible for the clean-up of any spills or leakage.
No wastes containing obvious oil/grease or pH outside the limits of 6.0 to 9.0 will be
accepted. If the waste is determined to be unacceptable at the time of delivery, you will be
denied access to dispose of waste.

Vendor Parking Agreement
This Agreement made on February 16, 2022, is between Graduate Place LLC ("Owner") and Woodard Properties
("Agent") with an office located at 224 141h Street NW, Charlottesville, VA 22903, and Aerpas on Wheels ("Vendor")

Agent and Vendor hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Terms & Conditions:
a. Parking and use of the parking space located at 31414`h Street NW is strictly at Vendor's own risk
including, but not limited to, vehicle and personal safety and security, including when snow and/or ice is
present.
b. Woodard Properties shall not be liable for any damages to any property or person(s) for incidents
related to the Vendor's use of this rented property. Vendor personnel and customers park and operate
at their own risk.
c. Vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required approvals and documentation,
including but not limited to, business licenses, permits, sales tax certificates, certificates of authority,
and certificates of insurance and/or applicable waivers per the City of Charlottesville and the
Commonwealth of Virginia.
d. Vendor agrees to abide by City, State, and Federal COVID guidelines related to public health and safety,
such as social distancing and wearing a facemask.
3. Vendor Point of Contact:l;hat a sAL(za✓ is appointed as the the primary Vendor Point of Contact
("POC") for this Agreement. The POC shall be responsible for communicating with all vendor personnel as well
as distributing any additional copies of this Agreement with vendor personnel. POC Information is as follows:

4. Termination of this Agreement. Agent, at their sole discretion, may terminate this Agreement with or without cause
and without any penalty whatsoever.
All term and conditions of this Agreement apply for any Permit issued by Agent to Vendor. This Agreement is the only
agreement regarding parking between the two parties.
