This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated April 25, 2022. The Department
of Community Development grants approval of this LOR (associated building permit B2022-00923-OE)
for the following modifications to SDP2004-62, depicted on the modified site plan and described below:
1. Installation of two (2) electric car charging stations in parking lot
This change is noted in the attached request letter and plan. This is the first Letter of Revision for this site.
A total of three LORs may be requested after which any further changes to the plan will require
submission in the form of a site plan amendment application.

This letter is notification of the intent to install 2 electric car chargers at 1296 Clifton Inn Dr.,
Charlottesville, VA 22911.
The 2 electric car chargers will be mounted on a single pedestal, in the parking area near the
building. We have attached a marked -up copy of the approved final site plan indicating the
proposed location of the electric car chargers.
