This Notice to Comply is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Large amount of area that seed did not germinate. Rill erosion has occurred Corrective Action: reworked rill erosion where scour has occurred Deficiency: Silt fence undercutting outfall area for sediment basin Corrective Action: Must retrenchment silt fence and rework rill erosion up stream from silt Deficiency: Sediment basin D nearing capacity; undercutting of silt fence outfall area of sediment basin C Corrective Action: Must clean sediment from sediment trap D - Must have appropriate amount of wet/ dry storage Deficiency: sediment leaving site Corrective Action: Must remove any sediment that has left the site and contact DEQ if any sediment entered stream Unless subsequently amended in writing by this office, it is expected all of these corrective measures will be completed by. Reinspections as a result of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $170 fee for the first reinspection and $270 for each subsequent reinspection for single-family dwelling units (§ 17-207). Reinspections as a result of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $283 fee for the first reinspection and $383 for each subsequent reinspection for VESCP and VSMP permits (§17-207 and § 17-208). Failure to take effective corrective measures will result in a Stop Work Order upon reinspection. A 4% technology fee is due with each payment.
