Summary of Services Performed (field test data, locations, elevations & depths are estimates) & Individuals Contacted.
The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to test previously placed and compacted subbase stone at
the intersection of Edge Valley Road and Winsome Orchard Lane. Please see attached sketch.
Utilizing the nuclear test method to check compaction, test results indicated that the compacted material,
at the areas and elevations tested, was compacted to at least 98% of the VTM-1 maximum dry density for
21-B stone obtained for the local Martin Marietta Red Hill Quarry. See attachments for details.
