Mx. Jeffrey McFadden you have been APPROVED for the following type of Home Occupation:
CLASS A
The following Terms & Conditions apply to the noted Home Occupation type above:
1. HOME OCCUPATION ACTIVITY: All home occupation activity shall be within the home.
2. EXTERIOR APPEARANCE: There shall be no change in the exterior appearance of the dwelling
unit or other visible evidence of the conduct of a home occupation.
3. SALES: The sale of goods to a customer who comes to the site is not permitted except for goods
that are hand-crafted on -site and goods sold that are directly related to a beauty shop or a one -
chair barbershop home occupation.
4. TRAFFIC: Traffic generated by the home occupation must not exceed normal residential traffic
volume (Normal residential traffic volume is up to 7 vehicle trips per week).
5. PARKING: All vehicles used in a home occupation and all vehicles of employees, customers,
clients, or students shall be parked on -site. (Only 1 vehicle and 1 trailer permitted).
6. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: All home occupations shall comply with Section 4.14
