This project is disapproved for reasons listed below. The VSMP application content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-401. A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) The SWPPP content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-405. A SWPPP must contain (1) a PPP, (2) an ESCP, (3) a SWMP, and (4) any TMDL measures necessary. Please update field copy of SWPPP with I I" x 17" plan sheet inserts, VSMP Amendment #2. B. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP) —NA The PPP content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-404. C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) VSMP Regulation 9VAC25-870-108 requires the VSMP authority to approve or disapprove a SWMP. This plan is disapproved for reasons listed below. The stormwater management plan content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-403. 1. Identify the size of the newly proposed collection pipes and provide private drainage easements for these pipes. Also confirm that the pipe slope will allow for required cover. Add a note that the rear downspouts shall be connected to the collection pipes. 2. Please revise street name, sheet 12 Mae Jemison Lane to Mary Jackson Court consistent with ROAD Plan, final subdivision plat (SUB202100183, sheet V3, 3/18/22), and Amendment #2 sheet 1. Please update the proposed improvements to show what is also shown on the current road plan. There were changes made to the road plan that are not reflected in this plan (e.g. street parking was deleted; street parking should be shown with Amendment #2). 3. Provide revised SWM facility /facility access easements with final plat (SUB202100183 /phase 1), which is under review. A deed is required and will reference final subdivision plat (phase 1). 4. Provide private drainage easement for roof leader lines, Lots 12, 13, 14, Mary Jackson Court. A deed for these easements is not required. Engineering Review Comments Page 2 of 2 D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) — NA. Not reviewed with WPO2020-00037 Amendment #2. Temporary ESC measures required with construction of ELS with vegetated filter strip (solely SF) do not require formal plan amendment but can be coordinated and reviewed at intervals as field change items. Similarly, no appreciable increase in ESC or SWM bond identified; de minimis increase in ESC /SWM temporary /permanent measure constructive -phase expense should be covered by existing WPO plan bond 10% contingency, which is evaluated sufficient to address de minimis (Ex. SWM /ESC bond amounts: $284,320, $177,170, respectively).
