CERTIFICATE OF PLAT
The attached plat entitled, "FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT GLENBROOK AT FOOTHILLS
PHASE IIB TMP 56-57B2, TMP 56K-A2 AND A PORTION OF TMP 56KI-F AND TMP 56KI-155
WHITE HALL DISTRICT, ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VIRGINIA," prepared by Roudabush, Gale &
Associates, Inc., Engineers, Surveyors and Land Planners, dated December 7, 2020, last revised May 10,
2022 (the "Plat"), is hereby submitted for recordation on behalf of the Owner in the Clerk's Office of the
Circuit Court of the County of Albemarle, Virginia (the "Clerk's Office").
The Plat is being recorded SOLELY to amend pages V I (notes pertaining to ADU lots have been
removed and revision date has been updated) and V6 (ADU designation has been removed from Lots
166-173, inclusive, and revision dated has been updated) of the original subdivision plat for Glenbrook at
Foothills Subdivision Phase IIB (the "Original Plat"), which was recorded on September 15, 2021,
attached to that certain Supplement to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for
Glenbrook at Foothill Crossing, in the Clerk's Office at Deed Book 5608, page 539, 547 (plat). From and
after the date of this Certificate of Plat, pages VI and V6 of this Plat shall be substituted for and replace
such pages of the Original Plat.
