The Plat is being recorded SOLELY to amend pages V I (notes pertaining to ADU lots have been removed and revision date has been updated) and V6 (ADU designation has been removed from Lots 166-173, inclusive, and revision dated has been updated) of the original subdivision plat for Glenbrook at Foothills Subdivision Phase IIB (the "Original Plat"), which was recorded on September 15, 2021, attached to that certain Supplement to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Glenbrook at Foothill Crossing, in the Clerk's Office at Deed Book 5608, page 539, 547 (plat). From and after the date of this Certificate of Plat, pages VI and V6 of this Plat shall be substituted for and replace such pages of the Original Plat. Given under my hand this _ day of May, 2022.
