The letter of revision proposes the following changes as shown on the attached plan, dated March 16, 2022. 1) Replace the dumpster pad with a trash toter pad. The trash toter pad will be placed in the northeast corner of the site, shifting the parking spaces to the south by two feet. Two parking spaces will be lost in the eastern row of parking. 2) The curb lines at the north and south ends of the eastern row of parking are shifting. 3) The screening of the trash toter pad with fencing and landscaping to match the site and previous approvals of the original dumpster pad. 4) A crosswalk and ramp are provided to the west of the new trash toter pad to accommodate residents walking from the residential buildings across the drive aisle to the trash bins. 5) Two new parking spaces will replace the dumpster pad in the southern row of parking. Overall, there will be no change in the number of parking spaces on the site. There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed. This letter is the first (1st) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. The owner wishes to move the trash collection area so that the dumpster is not in the direct proximity of the front porch of the neighboring house on TMP 90-35A. The owner wishes to provide toters in area screened by a wooden screening fence so that the trash collection is generally less conspicuous. The strategy for the letter of revision is as follows: Replace dumpster pad with 12'xl6' trash toter pad. Pad will contain (8) 96 gallon trash toters. Pad will be screened with 6' wooden fence matching remainder of site screening fence. Screening landscaping will be added along new fence to match original dumpster pad screening. Old dumpster pad location will become 2 parking spaces. New pad will remove 1 space. New pad will shift entire eastern row of parking spaces by 2' to the south. To accommodate this change, the furthest southern parking space near emergency access will be removed (-1 additional space). This results in no net parking count change, and no net increase in impervious area.
