The proposed landscaping is in conflict with the proposed valves and meter vault location. • The shrubs along the ROW and the tree near the proposed water vault will be relocated to provide additional separation. Can the FDC be extended to be served by the existing fire hydrant? The proposed fire hydrant is not in a good location with the electric and communications utility. • As we discussed on the phone, the FDC could be revised to be served by the existing hydrant in the east corner of the site, however a 300' coverage radius on that hydrant would not encompass the far west side of the building. Can the fire line and meter vault locations be revised to reflect something similar in the attached PDF? • Per previous utility coordination, we were directed the domestic line could not be fed off of the fire line as is shown in the redline PDF. 128 • As mentioned above, the existing hydrant does not provide adequate coverage for the entire building and the redline PDF does not include an additional hydrant. • 1 have adjusted the layout to give the gate valves additional separation from the existing utilities in the area.
