Please find attached a pdf of the revised family subdivision plat for 63-33 with comments addressed as follows: 1. f 14-302(A)(10)] According to County records the subject parcel TMP 63-33 has four (4) development rights. Please allocate these development rights and revise Note 13 accordingly. Note 13 has been revised. Lot 3 has been assigned the additional development right. 2. f14-302(A)(11)] Please include the instruments whereby the property was created. Revise the instrument references in Note 1. Note 1 is a note stating that the survey is based on a current field run survey and not a composite of recorded plats. The plats of the subject property as well as the adjoining properties are listed in the note for the boundary analysis that was conducted. Additional instruments have been added to the owner information. The deed and plat where the parent tract was recorded is in Deed Book 166 at Pages 264-265 which are listed in the Note 1 narrative as well as the owner information. 3. f 14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. A revision date has been added. 4. f 14-302(B)(6)] Revise all references to 'PID" and change them to 'TMP" or Tax Map and Parcel number. Revise the title, owners approval box, owner information, all parcel labels on Sheet 2, and any others. • PID has been changed to TMP. 5. [14-308.1] A Tier II Groundwater Assessment has been initiated for this application. Results of the assessment will be forwarded to the applicant once it is completed. Acknowledged. 6. [14-212(D)] Include the following Note: a. No lot shown on this family subdivision plat may be sold or conveyed to a person other than an eligible 'member of the immediate family,' as that term is defined in Chapter 14 of the Albemarle County Code, for a period of four years after the date of recordation of this plat except as authorized by section 14-212(A) of the Albemarle County Code. If any lot created by the recordation of this plat is conveyed back to the grantor during the four-year period, it shall be recombined with the parent lot within six months after such conveyance. The note has been added. 7. [14-212] Once all comments have been addressed, please record the Family Subdivision Affidavit and the Family Subdivision Information (Page 8 and 9 of the Application) along with the Plat. Acknowledged.
