Our Responses are in bold italic text below each comment. Plannina —Andy Reitelbach 1. [18-4.12] With the removal of a parking space, provide an updated table on the plan, or on the cover sheet, of the number of spaces required on the property for this use, and the total number of spaces that are now being provided. The Project Summary on the Title Sheet now includes a parking requirement calculation near the bottom. Provided parking spaces are listed as well (32 required, 35 provided). ARB — Margaret Maliszewski 2. This LOR is associated with ARB-2021-39: Marotta Wealth Management Office Renovation, which includes the addition of equipment visible at the exterior of the building (a dud and vent at the north end of the east elevation). As previously discussed with the applicant, the plan can be approved if the equipment is painted to match the brick building and with the addition of landscape screening. The landscape screening is addressed with the new Little Gem Magnolia that is shown on the LOR plan. A note regarding the painting of the equipment must also be shown on the plan.
