The pictures they have provided are attached. 1. After school activities - The after -school activities that we have offered for older students includes intermittent clubs. This past year, we offered a running club twice a week for an hour during the fall, a robotics club (indoors) for 1.5 hours once a week during the winter, and nothing during the spring. We are contemplating adding a tennis club in the spring and a volleyball club in the fall. If we do this, they would follow the same format as this year, being a couple of times per week after school. For clubs where RiverStone doesn't have appropriate facilities (such as tennis), those clubs would happen at other locations. Neither the leadership at RiverStone nor at Community Christian Academy wants to have activities simultaneously, so we would coordinate those activities with the church. We have been effectively scheduling activities at our current site with CrossLife Community Church for ten years. 2. Title and Revision Date on Conceptual Plan - Completed. 3. Balls Potentially in the Road - I went to the property yesterday and took pictures around the side and back of the property. I have attached those pictures. The property already has a great number of barriers between the basketball hoop, parking lot, and gaga ball pit. These include a hill, bushes, trees, and a shed. There is only about 32 feet of opening between the shed and the trees and bushes where a ball could potentially roll a great distance to get to the road. I think that there are two easy ways to close that opening - either plant additional bushes or erect a partial fence. I noticed that one of the buildings across the street that comers N. Hollymead Drive has a few fence panels erected between the property and the road. 4. Signage - The property already has enter and exit signs (pictures attached). However, the signs are in the reverse order for the traffic flow requested by VDOT. We can either reverse these signs or put in new ones. 5. Need for appropriate building and zoning permits -Since we aren't changing these things, is there anything we need to do in this area? 6. Pavement Markings - There are already pavement markings. 7. Emergency access will be maintained with parking only in designated parking spaces. 8. Emergency Preparedness Plan - As we do with our CrossLife location, we will establish emergency plans for fire, tornadoes, intruders, and earthquakes. 9. Pre-school - We do not have a preschool and are not requesting a use permit to add one. 10. Bike and pedestrian access - Students will be driven to school. They will not be walking or biking to school.
