The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated August 2, 2019 as follows: 1. The approximate location of the 20' Drainage Easement between Parcel W and State Route 1248 (Mechums West Drive) is an existing easement taken from the plat recorded in D.B. 942-380 thru 383. We did not create the easement. We do not know if it is public or private. 2. The building site note has been revised to include Revised T.M. 57-53E. 3. The setback requirements have been added to the land use notes. 4. The legal references for T.M. 57-52B on sheet 3 have been revised to include the recordation of the BLA plat that was approved in June. • 5. A revised date has been added to each sheet of the plat. Once you have had a chance to review the revised plat, please let us know if it is ready for owners notarized signature and county signature. Each plat or subsection of a subdivision shall be accompanied by specific soil information for each lot(absorption area and reserve area). If not provided by the local subdivision ordinance,the district or local health department may require the plat to show streets,utilities,storm drainage,water supplies,easements,lot lines,and original topographic contour lines by detail survey or other information as required. When the AOSE site evaluations are reviewed,the property lines,building location and the proposed well and sewage system sites must be clearly marked and the property sufficiently visible to see the topography,otherwise this application will be denied.
