We did not create the easement. We do not know if it is public or private. 2. The building site note has been revised to include Revised T.M. 57-53E. 3. The setback requirements have been added to the land use notes. 4. The legal references for T.M. 57-52B on sheet 3 have been revised to include the recordation of the BLA plat that was approved in June. • 5. A revised date has been added to each sheet of the plat.
