The most recent engineering review comments, sent out via mail on 13 June 2005, are attached to this E-mail. I have requested changes for both the E&SC and SWM plans. For the E&SC plan: two (2) additional signed and sealed copies of the E&SC plans need to be submitted. The E&SC bond has been computed and provided to the applicant. For the SWM plan, the SWM maintenance agreement and fee needs to be submitted to the County. The agreement needs to be approved and recorded before the SWM plan can be recommended for approval. The _ SWM bond will be computed after the SWM maintenance agreement has been approved and recorded.
