As we discussed, I am uploading the following documents per your request for ZMA 2021-008
Old Ivy Residences. Included are the following updated documents that have the following
minor changes/revisions:
1. Updated narrative to reflect the transportation proffer and historic preservation
comments
2. Updated Parking Reduction request- this is the same one that I had sent to Lea and she
recently reviewed and said she would support
3. Updated Plan Set that has the following minor revisions
a. Sheet 8- Addition of Wetlands note
b. Grading sheets modified to remove impact from wetlands
c. Sheet 8— note added to indicate residence and outbuildings to be documented
prior to demolition
d. Sheet 8- revision to show multi -use path to connect to Leonard Sandridge as well
as potential future interconnection to University Village parcel
I have also included a booklet of transportation improvements in the area that was done by
Mitchell Matthews Architects. This was included with our initial submittal but thought it would
be helpful for you to have on hand.
