Waller, Planner DATE: April 12, 2002 RE: SDP 02-040 Carriage Hill Phase II Minor Site Plan Amendment (Sub-phasing) The Department of Planning and Community Development will grant approval of the above- mentioned site plan amendment when the following comments and all attached comments have been addressed satisfactorily: 1. An amended landscape plan must also be provided to show all approved landscaping items within the phases that they will be included. If this is not done, a note stating that landscaping throughout the site will be installed or bonded, prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the first building in Phase 2 can be provided on the plan. Please contact me at your earliest convenience if you have questions or require additional information. The Building Official may provide separate comments. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Zoning Ordinance unless otherwise specified.] It must be demonstrated that all requirements for each sub-phase can be met within that sub-phase. ? [4.12.6.6] Please note on the plan for each sub-phase the calculations for parking requirements. The number and type of each unit must be noted along with the parking standard used to calculate the required parking. The number of parking spaces provided must be noted on the plan. ?
