The following is a summary of the corrections and changes. 1. The number of Serviceberries was 47,as you had counted. Several have been removed from the plan. The new number of Serviceberries is 41. 2. The number of Redbuds is 14,as you had counted. 3. The Galaxy Dogwoods were mislabeled on the plans. Six of them have been relabeled on the plans,and as a result,there are 6 less Forest Pansy Redbuds(for a total of 38 Forest Pansy Redbuds). 4. The number of White Ashes is 53,as you had counted. 5. The White Pines were mislabeled on the plans,they have been relabeled and total 20. 6. The number of Japanese Black Pines is 9,as you had counted. 7. There are 14 Kwanzan Cherry trees on the plan. The white pines had been mislabeled with the Kwanzan symbol. This has been corrected. In addition to the comments listed above,the following changes have been made to the plan. 8. There are now 11 Koelreuteriea on the plan rather than 12. 9. There are now 19 Syringa on the plan rather than 20. 10. The total canopy is now calculated to be 2.192 ac(95,501.43 sf)rather than 2.187 ac(95,283.32) If you have any questions,please do not hesitate to contact us. The following is a list of the recreational amenities that we propose for the 316 unit development: Walking/jogging trail(as yet to be located) 7,000 sf of Tot lots 2,100 sf of Greens for the Pitch and Putt 2,400 sf of Basketball court 7,000 sf of Tennis court 2,500 sf of Pool Deck and Pool surface area combined 2,628 sf of Interior Community Spaces in Club house (not including sauna,jacuzzi,or tanning areas) 23,628 sf of Recreational areas total We realize that the total square footage of the tot lot areas does not comply with the standard in the zoning ordinance (section 4.16),but feel that it is more than offset by the other non-required recreational areas to be provided. We would like written confirmation that the above listed recreational areas are satisfactory for the final approval of the plan. Also,two of the proposed tot lot areas are in the 2,000 sf range,the other is in the 3,000 sf range.
