This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated April 14, 2022. The
Department of Community Development grants approval of this LOR for the following
modifications to SDP2021-12, as depicted on the modified site plan and described below.
1. Installation of 13' x 13' concrete pad to hold a grain silo
2. Installation of 9' x 9' concrete pad to hold a CO2 tank
These changes are noted in the attached request and plan. This is the first Letter of Revision for
this site. A maximum of three Letters of Revision are allowed before further changes to the plan
require submission in the form of a site plan amendment application.
