Dear Mr. Powell,
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference
from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.
1. [14-302.A.10] Development Rights. Edit notes to read:
a. Revised TMP 70-27 contains 1 development right and may not be further divided.
b. Revised TMP 70-26 contains 2 development rights, 1 development right from TMP 70-26 and 1
development right from TMP 70-27.
c. Revised TMP 70-26A contains 3 development rights, 2 development rights from TMP 70-26A
and 1 development right from TMP 70-26.
2. [14-309, 14-310, 4-416] Parcel less than 5 acres: provide health director approval of individual private
wells/onsite sewage systems or provide results of soils tests for TMP 70-27.
