Dear Mr. Hughes,
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference
from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.
1. [14-302.A.4] Access easement. Label the 20' access easement reference as DB 599-580.
2. [14-302.B.1] Include date of revision with the plat update.
3. [14-302.B.7] Watershed. Edit note to read that properties are located in a water supply watershed.
4. [14-302.B.7] Ag Forest district. Include a note indicating that properties are not located within an
agricultural and forestal district.
5. [14-309, 14-310, 4-416] Parcel less than 5 acres: provide health director approval of individual private
wells/onsite sewage systems or provide results of soils tests for parcels TMP 59-1, 59-2 and 59-3.
