The Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 5:1 for the reasons that were discussed and in the staff report, provided that several areas of concern were addressed, listed are the following concerns. -Pedestrian connectivity to nearby uses -Providing clarity regarding maximum building height, stepback and massing -Providing clarity regarding proposed unit type Should you have any questions regarding the above -noted actions, please contact me.
