RE: SP-84-45 Christian & Missionary Alliance Church
Dear Sir:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors at its meeting on
August 14, 1984 approved the request to establish a church on
property zoned R-2 located on north side of Rio Road (Tax Map 61,
Parcel 127) with the following condition:
1. Access restricted to Old Brook Road (Route 652).

RE: SP-86-50 Christian Missionary Alliance Bible Church
Dear Sir:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on
November 5, 1986, unanimously approved the above-noted
petition to amend SP-84-45 to delete condition restricting
access to Old Brook Boad. The property is located in the
northern corner of the intersection of Rt. 631 (Rio Road)
and Rt. 652 (Old Brook Road). Tax Map 61, parcel 127 (part
of). Charlottesville Magisterial District. This approval
is subject to the following conditions:
1. Amend condition 1 of SP-84-45 to read as follows:
1. Access from 3.163 acres residue of Tax Map 61,
parcel 127 restricted to Old Brook Road (Rt. 652).
2. Staff approval of subdivision plat.
