No other site plan comments. Please include a detail of the concrete washout with the PPP. VADEQ asks for a
detail of these containment devices. Show a fueling area. On the WPO plan show a stockpile and staging location
and SF around the stockpile. I think that's it

David/Frank, Thanks for these comments. Below are my preliminary responses.
1. Please remove the MOT plan from this plan set. — Sheet has been removed.
2. Add a PPP to the SWPPP. Was one ever submitted for review? If not, next time I suggest including it
with the first submittal so we can review it prior to the final round of review considering we may have
comments related to it. — See attached. Please let me know if you have any comments prior to inclusion
in the SWPPP.
3. Add the other required drawings to the SWPPP. —Will be added before I re -upload.
4. I'll check on the status of the forest and open space easement and the SWM agreement. The SWM
agreement must be recorded prior to approval of the application. The FOS easement must be recorded
prior to permit issuance. — Based on a follow up email from Frank, no SWM agreement or easements
are required.
5. One last thing,... you state on the plans that there's a surplus of nutrient credits. Can you provide that
amount on the plans? The VRRM summary sheet can be added to the plan to show this surplus amount.
— VRRM summary sheet has been added to C0.2.
Please confirm there are no other engineering comments on the Site or WPO plans. If not, and the attached
PPP is acceptable, I will go ahead and upload a final round of documents.

I am helping David out by wrapping up the review of this project and have a few additional comments:
