RE: SUB202200087 Glenbrook Lots 185-187 - Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA)
Dear Ms. Gleason:
I have reviewed your comment letter dated June 3, 2022 and offer the following responses.
My responses are below in red.
1. [14-302 (A) (4)] Easements. Provide the recording instruments for all existing
easements shown on the plat Also, be sure to label each easement using the name that
was assigned at the time of recordation (ex. "Variable Width SWM, Forest and Open
Space Easement').
The existing easements have been labeled to match the description on the subdivision
plat and the recordation information has been added to each label.
2. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Locate stream buffer areas on the plat map and include
the following note on the Cover Sheet: "The stream buffer shown hereon shall be
managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
The requested note has been added to Sheet 1 (Note 8).
3. [14-302(A) (10)] Development rights. Remove Note 7 from the Cover Sheet
Development rights only apply to parcels in the Rural Areas zoning district
Note 7 has been removed.
4. [12-307(A) (7)] Abutting lots. Include a leader line to connect the label for TMP 56K1-
B2 to its respective parcel area.
A leader line has been added to point to TMP 56K1-B2.
S. [Comment] Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and
the revision date(s) of each subsequent version of the plat
