Box 6788 Charlottesville, VA 22906 RE: SP-87-05 Wrenson Corporation Dear Mr. Stoner: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on March 18, 1987, unanimously approved the above-noted petition to allow a bowling alley. Property, zoned HC, Highway Commercial is located on the west side of Rt. 29N, approximately 1,200 feet north of the intersection with Woodbrook Drive. Tax Map 45, Parcels 112C and 112C1. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Development of the property limited to a 48-lane bowling alley together with accessory uses as described in applicant's submittal "Description of Facility Operation" which is Attachment A of the staff report. Not more than thirty-seven (37) amusement games/devices as defined by the Zoning Ordinance shall be permitted. The amusement games/devices shall consist of items as set out in the applicant's Bowling Center Proposal, dated March 3, 1987 and received by the Board of Supervisors' on March 11, 1987 (a copy of the Description of Facility Operation is attached). 2. Maintain an one-hundred (100) foot undisturbed tree buffer along residentially zoned boundaries provided that the Planning Commission may reduce this tree buffer upon demonstration by the applicant that his proposal provides an equivalent buffer; 3. Hours of operation limited to 9 AM to 12 AM, except for Fridays and Saturdays when the facility may be operated from 10:00 AM to 1 AM; 4. Provide four (4) parking spaces per bowling lane; 5.
