Cut sheets are provided for the proposed lighting fixtures and all light fixtures will be full -cutoff fixtures. ARB 32. The WPO stream buffer and greenway boundaries have been updated on the plan so that they are depicted accurately. 33. The site plan has been revised so that all buildings proposed with this site plan are 15' behind the right-of-way line along Archer Avenue. 34. Topographic information will be provided to the County engineer to identify the locations within the preserved steep slopes that are less than 25% slope. 35. It is acknowledged that a WPO plan must be submitted and approved before final site plan approval. 2. Grading and SWM information have been updated per the Brookhill Section 1 Mass Grading VSMP Plan Amendment #4 (WPO201700037) 3. It is acknowledged that a road plan must be submitted, approved, and built or bonded before final site plan approval. 4. It is acknowledged that signed and sealed retaining wall plans are needed before final site plan approval. 5. The WPO stream buffer and greenway boundaries have been updated on the plan so that they are depicted accurately. 6. All proposed canopy trees proposed at least 5' from storm pipes. 7. Topographic information will be provided to the County engineer to identify the locations within the preserved steep slopes that are less than 25% slope. 8. The extension of Stella Lane is proposed as a private street. This was approved with the rezoning plan. Stella Lane will have specific roadway enhancements such as pavers and other features that can not be part of a public roadway system. 9. It is acknowledged that an easement or permission from the landowner is needed for grading off site. 10. Drainage easement chart has been provided on Sheet 9. 11. DI boxes in sump have been relocated to the back side of parking spaces to allow for a full 16-18' of spread before any travel lanes are affected. For extra safety, all DI boxes in sump have been designed using a maximum allowable spread of 10' in these parking areas. Maximum allowable spread for each inlet has been labeled in the inlet calculations on Sheet 13. 12. Temporary blockades have been shown and labeled for the travelways on the eastern side of the project. 13. A 2' grass overhang has been shown and labeled behind all proposed parking spaces that are 16' long. 14. Travelways and parking areas proposed to the east of apartment building #2 have been labeled and meet the County Code requirements. 15. The dumpster pad detail on sheet 15A has been updated to specify rebar. E911 A road name for the travelway off Stella Lane that connects to Salamander Street has been added to the plan. The proposed road name is Sadie Way. Building Inspections The building notes have been added to the plans as requested. Fire Rescue 1. Fire flow projection for proposed fire hydrants is noted on the plan. 2. 'No parking signs are shown on the plan as requested. 3. The fire prevention steps are noted on sheet 6. ACSA Plans have been submitted to ACSA for review. VDOT 1. 'No parking signs are shown on the plan as requested. 2. Mail kiosk has been shown and labeled on Sheet 7—Site Plan. 3. The proposed right-of-way for the roundabout has been updated per the existing conditions on Sheet 4. 4. The proposed right-of-way is 1' behind the back of sidewalk. 5. The CG-12 detail has been added to sheet 15. 6. It is acknowledged that approved road plans are required prior to plat approval. 7. A comment response letter has been included with this submission. 8. The final plan design conforms to the VDOT Road Design Manual standards, regulations, and requirements.
