RE: Response Letter #1 for SDP202200024 — Belvedere Town Center - Block 2B
Dear Rebecca,
Thank you for your review of the Final Site Plan request for Belvedere Town Center - Block 2B. This
letter contains responses to County comments dated June 6, 2022. Our responses are as follows:
A. General:
1. Sheet C-3indicates new property line. Is there a BLA proposed with 062G0-02-00-02400?
A Boundary Line Adjustment Plat will be submitted soon. With this revision, we've
revised the boundary more. Please see Sheet C3 for new boundary revisions and lot
sizes.
2. [32.5.2 (n)] Provide the dimensions for all existing and proposed improvements on the layout
plan. Including: walkways, fences, walls, parking lots, parking spaces (including garage
spaces), other paved areas, driveways, etc. In addition, provide the material types for all
walks parking lots, and driveways. Many existing conditions within the block are not shown.
Dimensions of existing parking, roads, and sidewalks have been added to sheet C2 with
this submission. Additionally, approximate location of the existing parking, roads,
landscape islands are shown on sheet C2 with this submission.
3. [32.5.2(b)] Show the label minimum and maximum setback lines.
The setbacks for this project are per table 9 of the belvedere code of development. The
Setbacks and their labels are shown on Sheet C3 and C6.
4. 14.12.] provide an updated parking study for the block.
The parking schedule on Sheet C1 has been updated. Also, Sheet C2 has been revised to
show the existing parking.
